About Us

The foundations of our family business were laid in 1987 with Albayrak Ticaret, founded in Kadıköy by our grandfather İlyas Albayrak. During this period, the company acted as a sales agent for leather from Pakistan, while also serving as yarn agent for Crescent Boards and as denim sales agent for the X-Pertex mill. From 1990 onwards, it took on the representation of Siddiqsons Denim in Türkiye.

In 2000, activities continued under the umbrella of Sıddık Denim. Between 2000 and 2023, the representation and sales activities of Siddiqsons Denim in Türkiye were led by our father, Yüksel Albayrak. Over these years, our family’s expertise in denim, textile agency and international trade grew ever stronger. In the period that followed, we continued our textile activities across different product groups through partnerships that began with Master Textile and Mahmood Textile.

Throughout this journey, we had the opportunity to work with leading fabric importers, wholesalers and manufacturers in Türkiye, Serbia, Egypt, Tunisia and Bangladesh, and to build long-term commercial relationships.

In December 2023, as brothers Mert and Yiğit Albayrak, we reshaped the commercial structure started by our grandfather İlyas Albayrak and carried forward by our father Yüksel Albayrak, and founded Nymtex.

In founding Nymtex, our aim was to preserve the agency, sales and international trade experience gained over many years in textiles, while extending our activities into new sectors.

Today, alongside our textile agencies, we operate in tinplate, mining and industrial projects, corporate language training and technologies, and music production.

We continue on our path by combining the experience we have inherited with new sectors, new technologies and international partnerships.
